I have prior plans - but hope to in the future. I just finished a 1004MC course yesterday and If I can say one thing in regards to 1004MC is that, I am not alone on my thoughts and feelings in regards to its existence. For about a month I felt like a man on deserted island - now I feel somewhat ok with its utility. Anyway - have a good day and look forward to meeting you guys.

I would love to attend the meeting in Kansas City on June 10 if I am not planting soybeans. It's been very wet, as I'm sure you know, and we are way behind on the farmwork. Thankfully, the appraisal work has been wonderful for me so far this year. I hope that you and all other appraisers have been as busy as I have been. I will certainly keep the meeting in mind, but can not commit to coming at this time. Thank you for starting this site. I really enjoy the discussions and information. Keep up the good work and have a great year appraising!

I am a Realtor in St. Charles County. My background is in banking and construction, so I understand the important role of appraisers. I would be glad to start a group for the St. Louis region, and contact MAR members to join. Thank you again for starting the site!

Thank you for starting this site. I'm surprised that there aren't more people engaged in the disscussions. Appraisers play an intregal role in our industry. There has never been a more interesting time to discuss their relationship with the financial industry that pays them, and the citizens that rely on their integrity. Keep up the good work!
