ASB has adopted the 3rd Exposure Draft. The requirement for notification of any past work on the subject property for three years is in there.

I wrote in opposition to this requirement on the grounds that it created confidentiality problems. They modified it somewhat from the 2nd Draft, but the requirement is still there. This may cause some appraisers to need to think about how they maintain their records.
